2001 Cr-V 85000 miles

help!

just started happening today on way to work.

when approaching a stoplight coasting down, at 1 RPM the transmission grabs and there is a slight quarter second jolt stop and then lets go. when this first happened, the check engine light came on.

any suggestions?

have you checkd your transmission fluid lately???

 

yup, it was checked the last oil change about 1000 miles ago.
nothing was called out in our vehicle report there.

 

but you need to personally take a look at it....make sure there is fluid in there and still a pinkish color.......you could have been leaking fluid since the last oil change

 

do you have a code reader to see what the CEL code is???maybe something unrelated
