Default 350whp Epic Tuning built DC integra FS in PA *Sleeper*

I'm selling my built 350whp 94' integra LS since I plan on going to school soon and need to focus on my daily driver. I bought the car off a friend and here's what I know:

Car was built by arguably one of the best shops on the east coast, Epic Tuning and dyno tuned by the one and only Jeff Evans. It was also built to be a daily driver and highway monster so everything was done with purpose and care, the person who had the car built drove the car out of boost and vtec until for several hundred miles to break in the motor and treated the car better than his own woman as do I. The car made 350whp at 16 psi on pump gas with the exhaust dump open. With Type R cams and Adjustable cam gears installed it can be taken back to Jeff Evans and retuned on higher boost and will make about 400whp (very likely more) on pump gas and up to 500whp on race gas.

Pictures of the build at Epic Tuning

The main stuff:
b16 block bored .5mm over
b17 GSR head and cams
Ferrera Valvetrain
Molly Pistons
Eagle rods
All OEM seals and bearings replaced
GT30R turbo
Precision Intercooler
Precision 750cc injectors
Tial BOV and external wastegate
Skunk 2 Intake mani.
World sport exhaust with electric exhaust cutout
Dual stage Rev Limiter
6 puck racing clutch
Turbo XS boost controller (high or low boost at the flip of a switch)
97' GSR trans recently installed with only 65K miles on it
All parts were bought new and theres SOOOO much more I haven't mentioned....

Epic tuning in PA can always be called if you have any questions about the build/mods. Only negative things about the car is that it has no a/c and theres a couple small spots of minor surface rust starting at the rear fenders. It will be coming with mint condition 04' civic wheels in silver that look very much like this style

and are wrapped in new TOP OF THE LINE michelin pilot exalto A/S rubber with less than 1000 miles on them.

Asking price is $10,000 and all trades/offers will be considered.....

Bump for keeping it real and making sure you have 350whp before you spend money on all the appearance bullshit.

Ya definitely, don't forget this is a b16 block with STOCK b17 (basically b16) cams, cam gears and lower compression. If not the type R cams dropped in even the gsr's would yield MUCH more power.
