Auto to Manual wiring... please help
i bought an auto Ls motor and am converting it to manual. i have everything and the motor is being put in the car but i have run into a problem. i was told that i could use the automatic engine wiring harness so i did and everythign plugged right up (minus the few auto tranny plugs). all plugged up except one plug near the battery.. where the 4 main plugs are... one of the plugs coming from inside the car is a 3 prong plug and the one for the wiring harness is a 6.
how do i go about fixing this issue??? is it possible to just splice the wires together (if so need ot know which wires are needed where)
car is a 96 gsr
i have pics if needed

I've done an auto to manual swap on my integra... I know what u're talking about... I'm pretty sure u just leave it alone cause the wires were for the auto tranny and all its sensors. I've left one of my main shock tower plugs dissconnected too, i'm pretty sure u don't need it with the manual ecu so u should be fine.
