obd0 to obd1 swap

Default obd0 to obd1 swap

hey guys the search is currently down at the moment and i tried looking at the FAQs but im still a little lost i was just wondering if anyone had a write up of exactly what to do to convert a crx from obd0 to obd1 for the d16z6 motor with all the d16z6 parts (dizzy, so forth) and of course the obd1 ecu, any help will be greatly appreciated!

all i would have to do is buy the 88-91 CRX/Civic Si/Hf/Ex to d16z6/d15b (OBD1 VTEC) conversion harness then and it would be good to go?

Rywire ftw. Thats where i got my harness to run my a6/z6 mini-me and would reccommend them everytime. Now if you're converting from DPFI then it will cost a bit more.

well the car is a 89 hf crx, i dont actually have it yet its on the way but i bought it with the swap already in the guy told my i just had to redo the harness, is it dpfi?

The hf is mpfi.

Yeah, its pretty simple when you buy the conversion harness. It gives you step by step instruction on how to install the harness. But when you go z6 buy the 4 wire o2 ahead of time so you can get the swap done faster.
