Did you try talking to people in the integra forum?I would think, if any one could help you with that motor, it would be the people who use it on a daily basis. Post there, it can't hurt.This is how ever a Tech-forum, it shouldn't matter how many times you have to post the question get the help you need. As long as you get help!

Have your Fuel Pressure Regulator checked, it's usually the main cause of a rich condition. Have you checked your cam alignment and timming? Also, if your MAP sensor has a vacuum line. Take a look at too, for cracks, fitmit, etc...

 

ok i'm just gonna throw out ideas, on the hesitation maybe a clogged fuel filter but your running rich so i don't know. maybe an o2 sensor. also check the fuel pump for hesistation. its something with the fuel. injectors maybe
