Aftermarket Springs on a 2002 Accord Sedan

Aftermarket Springs on a 2002 Accord Sedan
Sup guys, I'm new to HT and this is my first post.
Heres the question, my cousin has a 2002 Acura CL with Teins Springs on it and he's selling the car so we were talking about putting the springs on my car. Will it fit? From what I've heard, the CL's chassis is based off of the Accord's. Or would it only fit the Accord Coupes?
oh and those that were at the HT meet in San Mateo this past Sunday, it was great hanging out with you guys
