Default Best tire for Gramlights?

My gramlights will be here this thursday and I still haven't decided on a tire yet. I've been searching all these posts and can't decide which size or which tire will best suit my needs. Im looking for something to fit a 16" rim and with good tread design. I don't auto x, but I still want a good grip to the road. Let me know what you think I should go with (plus I don't have tons of $$$, but if I need to I will save to get it done right the first time).

Thanks,
Nate

I have always liked anything Pirelli, it is a company with allot of experience and heritage. They are also amongst the least expensive yet one of best performing brands out there. I had a set of Pirelli P7000 s.s, in 205/45z and I bought them $60 each. Lasted really long time, very predictable break-away and like glue in rain or sun. Good Luck

check out http://www.tirerack.com they run specials all the time

i have the p7000's right now. i got them in mid feb and i have to get new tires because they are so worn. they were great tires, when i took the first few turns after i got them on my car felt totaly diffrent. they stick really good. mine wore out pretty fast, but i push my car alot on turns.

Yeah I was thinkin about the P7000's too. Another choice was the Yokohama Parada Spec2. Anyone have any experience with these?

I'm trying Kumho's next but right now I'm using Toyo FZ4's and they are good in all conditions.
