Default *sniffles*

I get home from work and my parking lot is flooded.
So i open my S2000 door and what do I see?

5 inches of standing water.

sadly 5 inches of standing water can total ur car. flood damage blows u will be dealing with electrical problems, and mold

quick story.....freak flood here in NY a few months back....my grandpa's 06 es350 was flooded (had about 10k miles on it)...i think he paid $37k or so out the door.....insurance cut him a check for $42k lol how i dont kno but yeah

yups!! a lil monsoon comes through and ***** everything up, the drainage in az sucks *** in most places.

what part of az are you in?

Southern Utah got hit big time, too (watching the news).

You will need to strip everything out and dry it all out. Shampoo the carpet really good.

Use a shopvac and then lost of carpet shampoo and some elbow grease


Sucks though. Sell it once clean and get a new one. I've looking at prices today and 01's are going for like $13K!!!

Right now I'm so close to taking a drive to the states to take advantage

i would take out the seats and remove the carpets, then shop vac all the standing water. leave the carpets out in the sun for a couple of says and keep your windows open in the car.
