Default turbo d16z6 help

hello i'm planing to turbo my d16z6 engine
I would like to know if this setup is good

i'm planing on running 15psi on a daily driven
let me know if you guys have a better pistons and rods
i have a low budget but i want to do the right thing
as right now my car will b on the shop for 1 month to do everything but if it takes a extra month do to it right is okay

i don know if 15psi will get me close to 250whp but thats what i'm shootin too

by the way i'm a noob so go easy on me ehehhehehe
