Torque specification for exhaust manifold?

Torque specification for exhaust manifold?

Does anybody know the torque specifications for the bolts which secure the exhaust manifold to the engine? I'll be installing headers this week, I hope. I want to do it right. Thanks

Gonna be tough to find that spec on a 78 Accord

On the mid 90 Accords 23 ftlbs is normal for exhaust manifold to head
