when ever i step on my brake pedal while in motion i get a loud pop noise from my engine bay, my braking isnt affected, its just like a loud snapping popping noise, any ideas?

Any play in the steering wheel when it happens?

 

Could be a ton of things from bad motor mounts to a loose shock upper mount bolt. Try to be a bit more specific. As WizCo said, do you get any steering wheel shake? Which area of the engine bay specifically? Have you popped the hood/checked around for loose bolts/cracked rubber?

I have the same thing going on right now, and currently everything is brand new in my front suspension except my LCA, and everything is torqued to spec.

 

no play in my steering wheel, if i pull my e brake to stop it doesnt do it, so it must be something in my brake system?

Motor mounts OK? I had this problem on an old Camry and it turned out that the bolt for the front motor mount was snapped.
