Its never been used but the plastic has been peeled off? There are black marks on the back side near the part where you press down on the button release for the battery? Heh...

Black marks = table was dirty, when i took the picture face up. I wiped off the black marks already.

Plastic = It hasn't been used, the plastic HAS NOT been peeled off its just loose on there.
