Default A Few Problems on this Accord

I just picked up a used '96 Honda Accord EX, but it came with a few problems.

1. Horn doesn't work when you press the buttons on the steering wheel. Does a fuse exist for this device?

2. When power lock switch (de)activates a grinding sound comes from inside the driver door. Perhaps the power lock "motor?"

Anybody know how I may remedy these problems? Have anyone had these problems?

The horn buttons are in the ground path of the relay coil circuit
Yes the horns have a fuse. Do your brake lights work? Link for you;

Those power lock actuators can be removed from the latch [door panel off] then open it up and there is a little plastic tab that breaks loose. I shim up behind the tab with little tiny washers and epoxy glue them in place.
