Default 6th gen ECU swapping question...

To the point: Will swapping an ECU from a 98 LX model accord into a 2000 model EX accord have any effect on the car's amenities?

Keyless entry, security, dimming interior lights, auto-off headlights, is any of that controlled by the ECU, where swapping to an LX would cause them to not work?

All that stuff that you mention should be separate from the ECU, and should work. After you swap, you will have to get the car to the dealer to get your keys programmed.

Thanks! I won't be swapping the ECU until it's already at the dealership. Anything else to backup what you stated? I'm looking for ECU pin-outs right now.
