how do i change the foglight bulbs in jdm i peice headlights?

i can't remove 100% right now but i think there's a plate where its at.

remove the plate,
before to remove and buy proper bulb. password jdm sells them.

you can get the bulb at walmart or autozone any parts stores

how do i get the old bulb out? i took that plate off that is held on by 3 screws...but i dont see anywy to take it out.
