1996 GSR IN 91 DA RUNNING SOGGY

I HAVE 1991 TEG WITH A 96 GSR NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ALL CYLINDERS COMPRESSION AT ABOUT 190 B16A PR3 COMPUTER VTEC POPPING B16 TRANNY RUNS PRETTY SLOW ANYONE ANY IDEA Y??

Its a B16 man, thats pretty much how they all feel. . . . to me anyway..... Check your timing, maybe it's retarded to much. Good luck

ITS A GSR IT FEELS SLOWER THAN A B16 TIMING IS GOOD IT IDLES HIGH LIKE 3000 WHEN IS WARM

i was told it could be a vaccume problem i dont know how to look for a vacuum problem help?
