Default need help replacing camshaft oil seal

ok, since the search is broken i tried, but Im trying to find out how to replace the camshaft oil seals on my b16, they are the ones located on the cam gear side. Do I need to remove all the cam caps/rail or what and how do I actually go about this? Thanks

Yeah, I just pull the cams out and take the gears off, reverse. You might be able to do it without taking the cams out, but it’s not hard to pull the cams.

I would like to do it without taking it all the way apart. Is it doable? Also if I did take it apart, how would I get the gears off?

i believe it's a 14 mm just undo the cam gears, take off the old one probably coroded cam seal, and throw in the new one...it's that easy

Yeah 14mm it helps to have an impact wrench to get them off and I think tq is 28 ft/lbs when you put them back on. I’m guessing you have never pulled your cams before. It’s not as bad as it looks.
Take off the valve cover.
Put the engine on top dead center.
Hook a bungee cord to the timing belt from you hood, doesn’t have to be real tight.
Hit the cam gears with the impact wrench to loosen the bolts don’t take them off yet.
Loosen all the cam caps.
Remove the cam caps and bolts together and place them down on a clean surface, in the order that you take them off.
Lift the cams out by the dizzy end, the timing belt should slide off.

Replace the seals

Reverse, tq for the cams cap is 16 or 18 ft/lbs and the little bolts are 8 ft/lbs
Check your valve clearance.

Also check all the tq values I have given, they are just off the top of my head.
