Another weird occurrence i'm facing here....I start the car and after about 3-4 seconds the speedometer jumps up to 10 mph. The car is currently jacked up on all fours, and the passenger axle is out since me and my friend are doing some work. I just replaced my IACV with a brand new one. What could be the cause of this? Should i have the car put back together before turning it on?

 

The wheels will spin even if the car is not in gear when it is off the ground.
