how do you turn off the engine malfunction light on a 06 accord? TIA

yeah. the engine makes a beep noise too.

 

there is a beep noise coming from the dashboard cluster? or the actual engine itself? if there is a problem, to reset it isnt going to fix the problem.

 

the beep is actually coming from the engine bay. see, this is what happened. i tried to install an intake filther onto the factory piping but on the O.E.M. filter it has this sensor. and when i took it off and put in the new filter head, i started up the engine. a few seconds later i noticed the "check engine light" come on. so i dont' think there will be any technical problem since i have reinstalled the O.E.M. filther head. if you can find out how to turn off the "check engine light" it will be great help to me.

 

if you try disconnecting the battery for a minute or so, should reset it.
