Im debating. Weather to cut off my oil pan bottom drivers side and do some kick outs and some plates in side, Just not sure on a design thats proven and how to do hindge doors.

Typically you don't use a larger pan w/o moving the pickup to where the oil will usually be moving to. Otherwise you're simply increasing oil capacity, and 4qts is enough for a little 4-banger.
