i have a 1997 accord ex.
the wipers stopped working. but they work when i pull down on the stalk to just get it to wipe once.

they wont work when i pull on it to spray either..the jets spray the windshield but the wipers dont move.

i checked the fuse under the dash and its fine.

if the wiper motor was dead wouldnt it not work at all?

any help please?
