::S14 being abused ZOMG:: Some quick action shots of the S14 from Pocono Double Infield
I got a ton of positive PM's the last time I posted some pics, so here are some new ones. Haven't had the time with life and work to get to some earlier track events, but I'll finish the year strong :D
So here some quick ones are...but any pics of a 240 not drifting, or hardparking has got to be welcomed. I build em myself, and beat the crap out of them myself too...good parts should never goto waste sitting in garages, HIN shows (no offense) or parking lots.
Car basic stats:
97 s14 with a s13 sr20. GT2871r .64 turbo (Torque Response > Fanboi HP), Jim Wolf Tech ECU, Cams, etc etc. Dynoed 400 whp /330 ft lbs of trq at 20 psi on pump. On street it sees 20 psi anywhere between 3600/3800 and doesn't loose a bit all the way to 8000 rpm.
Conclusion after this weekend: Need R compounds bad at my power (heck I was only at 14 psi that day) and a cage soon.
Pictor time:

Some more pics from last year...
Watkins Glen: (All were pretty much either in traffic, or coming onto traffic...so nothing to exciting...you can see the difference in line depending on where I am setting up the pass ahead...)

And now for pocono north course. I'm not driving in all of them, but I should be at least in the car. My one friend has a Turbo Sentra with similar power, and the other guy is Joe Dimino, 2006 SCCA SE-R cup national champion. Got 2 dry sessions in, and 3 wet....racing in the rain is not only a ball check, but a complete blast.
