Default Is my motor ok?

So i was installing my header today....had the new header on...had all of the bolts on...not tight...But to get the jack under my car i need to put up onto boards..So i fired it up quick and pulled up onto the boards...didnt rev over 3500.

Is my motor ok? My friend says i could bend my valves by doing this..I had the motor on for maybe 5 - 10 sec.

The car seems to pull good...and has a deep grow to it...Im jus a paranoid guy...

Yup, you can warp the valves without an exhaust manifold on, but you should be ok if your motor was cold at the time.

LOL and shooting bananas out of the exhaust ports too!! That is a true testament to honda durability.... Even after the first big bang and the car dies, he still is able to fire it up and run for like another 6 minutes on 3 cylinders haha

Its an ebay 4-1 header..jus cant figure out why is sounds like a wrx to a degree...maybe thats normal?

I no i have a bad exhaust leak where the test pipe connects both to the header and exhaust...

A fouled plug will make it sound like a wrx, and the exhaust leak is probally not helping anything. Just adding the header will make you exhaust note change, so its not gonna sound like it did before.
