Ok first off i try to splice my city lights for my ctr headlights and when i splice into everything then when i grounded one wire, it killed all power to my parking lights. Check'd all my fused under the hood and under the driver side panel. What could cause this to short out , but not blow a fuse?!?!? im stump'd
