Default 1990 accord lx bogging at idle and when i accelerate

car is bogging at idle and when i accelerate and when i shift, car performs good when its over 2500 rpms, no boggin, i was wondering if it could be a sensor, i just spent 170 on a new distributor and 22 for cap and rotor, 10 on spark plugs thinkging it was the ignition, but its now it still performs the same, feels like car is gonna turn off at idle, but dosnt, car ran good one day then all of a sudden boggling started. im wondering if its a sensor, my friends toyota had a similar problem, he said his mechanic was a sensor and that it was just cleaned and car performed like he just drove off the dealer, any ideas of what it could be? plz help

Throttle cable have a little slack in it?

Have you checked for codes?

Try unplugging the IACV and see if the idle drops 200 rpm.

you may be running to lean. or it could be the tps sensor on the back of the throttle body.

go to http://www.cb7tuner.com you'll find something there. It is a website solely based on our models 90-93 accord.

establish your idle rpm first. maybe it's too low.
then check the ignition timing, it could be retarded. (no offense)
