Default itr header + Progress sway bar?

I have a ITR header in my garage and I need a sway bar so I can put it on. I was wondering if the progress sway bar will give me enough clearance with the header? anyone have this setup? thanks

you should prolly get a 01+ civic bar. it clears the header

i know that'll work, but i'm looking to stiffen things up a bit too while I'm at it

also, will i need to get new gaskets? or could i just reuse my stock ones?

just looking at the design of the progess and the design of the ITR sway bar, it looks like the header should have no problem with clearance, but i want to make sure before i buy it

I have a brand new genuine Honda k20 exhaust manifold gasket. I'll ship it for $12. I think they are $15 from the dealer and more to ship/handling fee.

it wont clear, if im not mistaken the progress is 27mm, you dont want a huge front sway bar on our cars, the em2 swaybar will do, its 25mm

depends on what your plans are for the car ... if it is a show kah then it doesn't matter what you do ... if you're trying to improve handling for track/auto-x you don't want a bigger front sway bar. Our cars already come with enough understeer and a bigger front sway will only make it worse. Ideally you would like to use a larger rear sway and a smaller front ... this will help the car rotate (oversteer) in turns. So go huge with the rear bar ... leave the front either stock or smaller ... def do not go bigger
