cam gears?

have a 01 prelude and i got some cames for it what is the most i can set them to with out messing up my valves?

is it completely stock? then otherwise the cam gears are just for looks they really dont' serve a purpose unless your pretty modified.

Don't just randomly set the cam gears...you will probably loose power. Have a tuner play with them on a dyno to get some power without 'messing up your valves'.
