Default Prelude dies at idle.. Idk wat to do HELP PLEASE

ok its h22a1, in a 96 prelude. Car has 0bd2 to obd1 harness with a chipped p.28. It seems to run ok if you give it some gas but not just rite. It started doing this after i got on the car a little.. I pushed the clutch in and the car died. If you try and start it back up it will just run for maybe one sec unless you give it some gas then it will stay running. IDk bad ecu? head gasket? it looks like it is leaking just a bit of coolant from around the water pump area, but it dosnt over heat. No knocking noises, occasionaly misses now though,

is it normal that it would just die when you blow the iacv out though? cause on my D series they just cant hold a steady idle
