before i buy a replacement rocker, how do i go about removing it? using it as a template and cutting it out? or is it held in by all spot welds? and whats the difficulty for a beginer?

Its all welded, and has no seam where it meets the quarter panel, so you will have to stictch weld there, and plug weld the rest. Some guys use 2 part panel bonding glue for panel replacement but I don't trust it for entire panel replacement.

Is it rusting, or damaged?
