You sure youre in the right section of the forum? Please be more specific,why would you need your brake and lights inspected? Are you trying to register a car here in california?If so just call the local DMV and make an appointment.

 

Sounds like someone got a fix it ticket for some rice-tezzas.

ahah no rice this time, but it's required once you revived a car back to life and you want to register it as a salvage title.
