If you still cant find one, there is a state referee at the school of Wyotech in Fremont. Paid about 30 bucks, if you fail visual and pass dyno you still fail overall. So make sure you have all your stock parts,vin numbers, etc Even **** that doesnt have to do with emissions they will fail you! They did with me long time ago
