Default Are Anti-lock brakes safe when error light is flashing

I have a 1993 Accord ex and I and getting the error code for the front right break. I know the anti-lock system turns off, but is it safe to drive the car?

its fine, my ABS lgiht has been on since i bought the car (1993 se coupe for sale BTW) but yeah. its fine, u jsut dont have ABS. so in an emergency you'll have to pump the brakes.
