Default TRANNY PROBLEMS B16A PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have had axle problems for a while now... don't know why I blow through them so fast.. I thought it might be my motor mounts (place racing) possibly are hanging the motor in a way that binds the axle, but I havent had $$ to get new mounts..

I have DA front hub/knuckle assembly, and 90-93 axles. sk7 intermediate, Its set up correctly, I am thinking its the tranny, hoping its not... axle is still in tact, but there is a loud grinding noise when I roll the car..

I left for work this morning rounded a corner in second, then I heard a really loud slam and clunk then suddenly I have no gears!! every gear is neutral.... I hope this isnt going to be expensive..

Take it apart....possibly sounds like blown spider gears in the differential...did you do a lot of burnouts in the past? Pull the axles out and look inside. See if the pin is still in the diffential.

Unfortunately trans parts are typically not cheap but people like ^ GearSpeed can get you the good stuff.

I don't have the resources anymore to do this myself.... I know something needs to be replaced ... this sucks bad,,,

I bought my hood and radiator from him. possibly a new tranny soon

I guess I'll have to take it in and have someone check it out which means towing.... EXPLETIVE!!!
