engine swap to accord

engine swap to accord
would anyone know if a 98 accord wagon motor would fit with no problem on a 94 accord car...what do u need to do to get it to fit in??? do u need to change the mounts from the motor or jus the mounts that bolt on to the chasis...and with the distributor?? please any info let me no thanx...
