Default Almost no brake pedal

Ok guys, just got a sedan, trying to figure out whats up wiht the brakes. They work, but not the best. Its a Dx so it has disks up front, drums in the rear. When you first push the brake pedal when coming to a stop it has some nice pressure, then gradually goes to the floor with almost no stoping power. I checked the res. and its full. Im thinking air in the lines somewhere but just wanted more opinions on it.

Pump the crap out of them and check for a leak.

If there is no leak then they need to be bled.

Bleed them if there still bad check pads, then the master cylinder.
Good luck.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the master cylinder.
