bumper doesnt line up
I had a little bit of this, but not as bad. It's either how the jdm bumper bar was welded on, or just some compounded mis-alignment.
Two things will help with this:
1. there are fender reinforcements that bolt from the frame to the fender, they push it out slightly, and secure the fenders better. Buy them, I got mine for ~$45 shipped.
2. there are three holes in the front bumper where the center grill piece goes. These bolt to the bumper support piece. If you pull forward on the bumper, the sides will pull in. Then you tighten bolts to keep it in place, you might have to grind the holes out in the reniforcement bar to line up with where you need the front of the bumper to be. Then readjust where the jdm lights sit to line up with the bumper.
Hope this helps, mine goes into paint soon!

in this picture its not screwed in on the end to the fender...but its still does the same thing. how i put the front end on was i just replaced the T support and its bolted on ..but its bolted on in the right spots im sure because i marked where the usdm support was and put the jdm suport in its place. but it seems im missing some tabs or something idk but i know my bumper isnt supposed to bow out like that.
You really have to test where you put the bar. I replaced the whole radiator support, and when I put it in the exact same place as the old one I clamped it down, then installed lights, fenders, etc.
I found that it didn't line up right that way and had to adjust it, then reclamp, then reinstall everything until it lined up correctly. It's a pain in the ***, but necessary to get a good fit.
You aren't missing any tabs, the bumper only attaches to the fender on the end. Hope you can make it work, maybe you can drill and add a bolt in front of the original one so it attaches in two places per side.
