Not sure why but my car seems to be smoken a little out of the tail pipe, and it smokes at idel and when I get on it also. It just started doing this yesterday when u got down hard on my car leaving one og my friends houses. Anybody that can maybe tell me what the problem might be would be greatly appreciated. The smoke is white.

White smoke is water.
Check your antifreeze overflow tank and grab the top radiator hose. If the hose is hard and theres fluid in the tank, then you may have a blown headgasket.
Also look for bubbles in the radiator (dont try when motor is hot!) while the car is running.
