its a 92 crx with a b18 motor fuel pump works fine when i turn the igniton key you can hear the fuel pump but after turning the ignition a second time the fuel pump sounds like it has alread built pressure so i went to the fuel rail and loosened it and released the pressure and went back to the car turned the ignition and the fuel pump worked it made its normal sound after releaseing the pressure, culd it be the injectors or computer or is there a relay for the injectors
