Car missing on cylinder 3

Car missing on cylinder 3
I just bought a 94 four door lx that has 310,xxx miles on it and its missing on cylinder 3. I checked everything it could be, changed the spark pluggs switched the distributor wires even grounded them to make sure they sparked, changed all 4 injectors and its still missing. I still need to do a compression test but what else could be making this cylinder miss? I have an EF and just bought this for my DD and i posted in 92-00 section and no one answered. Any help or ideas would be great.
