Default D series trans makes grinding noise with fidanza LWF

I just had a 7.5 lb fidanza flywheel installed along with a exedy oem replacement clutch on my 99 Civic ex and have drove on it for 5000 miles and now the trans make a noise when I let off the clutch, its like a grinding noise. The sound only persists when I let the clutch off and especially when I am coasting in gear. Is there a problem with my flywheel?
