ATR eh? Well, you have a head start on us. There aren't too many people from Europe that frequent this board, but we know the mechanics of your motor. The problem that you're going to face is locating the products for yourself (I don't know how extensive the performance market network is in Norway).

So what do you want to know about your H22A?

Wasn't there a new guy on here from Norway last week or two weeks ago? We were discussing his F20B I think.

I remember that. He was asking what kind of engine he had in his car.

I'll take a Type R.

Jea jea i do have some pics...give me a day! The car is perfect but i still would like more power. From Suisse i got all new Mugen exhaust system, with two mean tale pipes.....and i have installed an electronic V-Tec controller that allows me to alter the "V-tec point" and it allows higher rews. I installed new 20 mm shorter springs.
But i still want more power!!!!!

cold air intake, 2.5" from the collector of your header on back
adjustable fpr

clutch and lighter flywheel......

not much improvement can be made unless you get a more insane cam profile, also cam gears are good too

I know, that`s the problem, there arent easy to locate performance parts for Hondas in Norway. If i had an Audi og VW or a big American V8 it would be easy...
I have asked around for turbo kit, but noone can deliver to this car.....
Maybe someone in this forum knows where to look....?

How much money do you want to spend? That motor is already pretty tweaked, there isn't really anything cheap you can do to it.

I think it's actually just an H22A.

Hey Jason... what does your H22 Spec S say on it? I was told it said H22A as well... why would it use the same engine code if there were different internals?

That's just how they do it overseas, I think. There are lots of other numbers (serial number I think?) on the motors to differentiate them.

Well, the motor in your car is not sold in Accords in the U.S. However, it does come in the Preludes. When you open your hood, look to the left of your exhaust manifold on the engine block. There you will see a little plague on the block with a code that should read H22__.

I think most of us on the board want to see some pictures of your car. Outside, Inside, Engine, stuff like that!

Oh, well, we're just curious as to the international motor designations. The motor you have never came to the US.
