im putting a head on a motor and need help
ok so i just replaced the bottom end of my friends motor and now im putting the head off his old motor on his new block and i just want to know the proper way to do it and i need the torque specs for the bolts. but like the main thing is i want to know how to do the timing belt and like the head right now has cylinder 1's intake valves open and i want to know the proper way to get the black and head on the same cycle without ******* anything up and help is appreciated thanks
ok well thats a good idea but i was just seeing if anyone has done it before cuz i mean i have done almost everything to a car except swapping heads and internal work
Thats my motor
Torque specs should be 22 ft/lbs first step, then 43-49 ft/lbs
Remember that is with stock unused head bolts.

QFT.
Theres no shame in using one, mine as well to insure that you don't have to pull the head off again because you forgot something.
