Default How do I remove this bracket that holds the ebrake cable on my cb7 *with pics*

Car is a 1993 Accord SE, rear disc with ABS. Ok I had the worst time with the front brakes, but got it taken care of. Now I am on to the rears, both calipers are siezed, rotors, and pads are fucked. Bought two remain calipers, new rotors, and pads. I went to take off the caliper on the passenger rear and both bolts broke in half, on that small L shaped bracket. I bought a new bracket from Majestic Honda, yet now I am lost on how to remove the cable that runs through the bracket. I have attempted loosening the nut 14mm nut on the left side of the bracket and it loosens, I remove the clip that is on the left side of the bracket, yet what do I have to do next? 100% Lost now. What size wrench is needed and where should I be trying to break something loose. And I am worried if it will be seized in there.

Here are some pictures of what I am talking about.

I took one clip off the left side of it near the 14mm nut. I do not see one on the right side. I am going to have to torch it I guess, to see if I can get it to slide through, as it is pretty well seized in there I do believe. I only saw that one clip though, I do not see another on the right side.

You were right, it was held on by one clip I had already removed. I heated it up for about 5 minutes. Then threw some cold water on it. Then PB Blasted it, let it sit for like 15 minutes. Took a big flat head and a BFH, nothing happened. Did a reheat for about 7 minutes, then poured another bottle of water on it. Then I started twisting the left side, and I was able to push it out. Heat saved me once again

I would put some anti seize on it, those cables are a bitch when they get old. I had the same problem on my car when I did my calipers. Proper lubrication saves future headaches
