Yea, they work very well, however you should check if they are legal in your state/province, here in BC Canada, it is a criminal code violation, obstruction of justice, or interfering with a police officer performing his duties although a radar detector is not illegal. 94

 

yea i know in canada they dont even allow radar detectors. i travel up there alot with my old radar and the cop gives me crap about it all the time. im pretty sure the "laser shifter" aka scrambler is mostly not legal in illinois. but im gonna try to have it stealth where they wont notice it. just need to know what's the difference from them 3? i currently dont have a radar anyone so i would need that too.

I do not believe these are illegal... the Blinder Extreme's seem to the best these days.

 

i might be wrong then but 2 years ago when i was at traciffic court the judge said to this one person that his scarmbler was illegal in the state of illinois. he said you can have a radar/laser detector but not a scrambler.

 

Laser diffusers of any kind and radar "scramblers" of any kind are illegal in BC, and all of Canada as far as I know, however radar detectors and "stealth" radar detectors are not illegal in BC, Alberta and Saskatewan but are illegal in Manitoba, not sure about the east. 94
