Default Tower bars?

Should I buy a front strut bar and a c-pillar bar, cause they may do a little and I like the way they look, tell me what you guys think.

Just a random thought to get some opinions

why not any little help keeping anyone stable is good ... plus if you got the money to spend why not spend it on something that takes care of you ... lol ... i love my car and i spend just as much on it as any of my friends ... the only one thing that gets more attention is my family and girlfriend ... LOL

doubtful you'll notice much improvement ... chassis seem to be built very well and is very rigid vs. older generations. Doing it for looks is one thing ... but I wouldn't waste the money on it ... save it and invest in something better ... other suspension upgrades, motor mounts, etc ...

front strut bar will do a little, c-pillar won't do jack. i'd look into sway bars instead

the d3 double x-brace improves handling alot at just about the same price as a front strut tower brace

okay well if you get in an accident and someone in the back fractures their head off of it don't make a new topic saying, "how do i get blood out of my back seat?"

haha well i like to ride solo except for my girlfriend and the tower bar will be right behind their heads cause it connects to the seat belt thing and that is behind your head

for one, it is a pillar bar, not a tower bar. major difference. and it doesn't really get in the way of someone sitting in the backseat, it's blocked by the seat a bit, unless you did it like me and angled it so it would not be resting against the seat at all

Mugen strut tower bars FTMFW!! 1 piece bars are so much better than those gay 3 piece that everyone buys. The 3 piece do very little while cornering because they still allow flexing to happen. Where as a one piece you'll bend the bar before it allows the towers to flex!

Don't buy the C-Pillar till after you get a Mugen Rear Strut Tower Bar. It's the one that connects right behid the rear seat. AKA H-Pillar Bar. If you go to Kingmotorsports you'll see what i am talking about! I will be receiving one shortly in the mail for my EP3!

Comptech is also another good 1 piece bar because it utilizes the firewall mounts. and get a rear strut tower bar before you get the mugen MID bar. that bar only adds rigidity to the chassis (at a way better point than the c-pillar bar)

a rear strut bar is what will help most. it improved my cornering vs stock even tho im using js racing bars. not a 1 piece.

I have the megan racing c-pillar bar and it looks bad ***, I also have the Tanabe strut tower bar. Since I installed both bars at the same time I couldnt tell how much of a difference each made but I did notice an overall improvement in handling.

So far, on the RSX, my bro brother has Tanabe Strut bars. It feels better when cornering. You feel the road a little more. You kinda feel more response to the steering wheel.

We also got that floor bar. Well its the bar located in the trunk. That helped a little in the back. Felt nicer.

In my opinion, the front of the RSX is not rigid at all. It's not a closed box engine bay, so there is a little flex.

how do you install the rear strut tower bars, do you just have to pry all the carpet panel stuff off or do you have to cut holes in them?
