Okay i have a 5th gen, I can drive around all day with it being fine.. but if I get on it it back fires, bogs and shuts off....... normally will start right back up.... I have reset the CEL a few times and it will stay off until I get on it, and than it will throw the EGR Valve Flow code.... does that sound like the right symptom for that code? If so, how do I fix it? If not what could it be?

when you press down on the peddle to wide open the car shuts off? if soo the tps is either bad or backards
