Best Buy Alarms?
Hey, i just bought a 96 LS Special Edition Integra. As soon as i get it registered and all im taking it down to best buy to get viper security put in it. Has anybody had experience on getting it installed by them?
The alarm could be good but it all comes down to the quality of the install cause if they just leave all the wires under the dash its not effective at all n makes it easy for a thief to steal ur car.
I work there (I created the stickies).
You can't really generalize the company. It all comes down the installer and his supervisor. Traditionally, best buy hasn't had the greatest installers. But things have been getting much better recently.
If you had to choose between CC and BB, you should choose BB. If this was 1 year ago, CC would have been your best bet. But recently they fired all their senior installers and most of them went to BB.

bb over cc any day now. Now on the install. If you go to best buy go to different stores and talk to the installers. Print the stick out and show them what you want. Some might take the challenge some won't. Also please don't think that falls under a basic install. There will be a charge for the extra labor.

Custom labor FTW!!
Is it still $15.99 / quarter hour?

$17.99
Don't print the sticky print the website. Website owns the sticky. Especially the engine bay kills vs ignition harness.
I'd be curious to see if another BB would even take the stealth install, even knowing that the person that made it works at BB. I know I could talk my senior into it if you set an appt for a weekday and I charged you like $300+.
