Default I chipped my CP piston ring, Can i use a JE one instead?

Hey guys, i was installing my pistons and one of my rings got chipped when it slid into the sleeve...i need the car going ASAP, and i was wondering if i could use a JE ring that i have for a set of JE pistons...They are both 83mm, and the JE one seems to fit in the ringland fine..

is it really worth it? call cp get another set for one piston, i did that along time ago on a set of SRP's they overnighted me a new set for one cylinder.
