Default H22 secondary actuator diaphram

Ok, so is this the exact one that I need for my application? I have a 95 OBD1 USDM H22. I just want to make sure that there isn't different variations of this part. Thanks.

Also, what other part(s) am I going to need to attach it to the intake manifold? Got pics?
