When adjusting the subwoofer output level, should I do it via the head unit (subwoofer level and bass boost), or should i only adjust at the amp (gain)???

Or both?

Amp gain control should be adjusted with the HUs sub output volume turned all the way up, the HUs volume about 75% up and any loudness, EQs boost switches/***** turned off.

What is the make and models of the HU amp and sub(s)? 94

Looks like he is running Alpine MRP-F250 powering 2 polk 6x9 and 2 polk 5 1\4s

A JL audio 250Watt monobloc amp powering 2 JL 8W0-4s and an alpine 9885 HU.
